Can I change or cancel a booked package?

Yes within 24 hours of payment, no questions. After your training start date, we work case-by-case — message reception via WhatsApp.

I have never trained combat sports. Can I join?

Yes. Muay Thai Intermediate, BJJ, Boxing fundamentals, and Hybrid Fitness all welcome beginners. The morning sessions are the most beginner-friendly.

Do I need to bring my own gloves and gear?

No — the Rage Shop rents gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, gi, mouthguards, headgear. Buy your own at the Shop or any time on ragefightgear.com.

What is the Fighters Class?

Higher-intensity Muay Thai session reserved for active or aspiring competitors. Round-based pad work and clinch sparring. If you're new, start with Intermediate and the head coach will move you up when you're ready.

Can I book a private with a specific coach?

Yes — pick a coach on /coaches, message us with the coach name + 1–3 preferred time slots, we'll confirm the same day.

Do I have to stay on-camp to train?

No. Most foreign trainees stay on-camp because it's two minutes to the beach and steps from the morning class. Off-camp stays in central Pattaya are 10–15 minutes by taxi.

Do you offer long-stay rates?

Yes — message reception with your dates. Indicative monthly rates: Economy from ฿15,000, Deluxe from ฿19,000, Luxury House from ฿37,000, Rage Villa from ฿37,000. 30+ day stays get the long-stay rate automatically.

Are utilities included in the room rate?

Water is a flat ฿300/month. Electricity is metered at ฿9 per unit (kWh). A refundable security deposit of ฿5,000–฿7,000 (room-tier dependent) is collected at check-in.

The Destination Thailand Visa allows multi-year stays for participants in Thai cultural activities (Muay Thai is one). Yes — see /visa-and-sponsorship. We issue a training letter, accommodation invoice, and supporting documentation.

Can I just come on a tourist visa first and decide?

Absolutely. Most trainees do a 1–4 week visit on visa-exempt entry first, then return on a DTV. Our team can prepare your documents during your trial visit so you're DTV-ready before you fly home.

Are café meals included with my package?

Some all-inclusive packages include 1–2 meals per day. Standard memberships and accommodation tiers don't — café orders are pay-as-you-go. Operator confirms specific package inclusions when you book.

Do I still get a paper class card?

Visit the Rage Shop. Reception verifies your identity and resets your password in person. We use email + password only — no SMS, no OTP, no recovery emails to bounce.

Will the QR check-in work if the camp WiFi is down?

Yes — the app caches your training card and recent class history. Once WiFi returns, your check-ins sync server-side automatically.

Where can I buy Rage Fight Gear?

I got injured and can't train. Do I get a refund?

We freeze packages for medical reasons — bring a doctor's note to reception. Refunds are case-by-case for unused training days; we generally credit the equivalent value to a future stay rather than refund cash.

When does sparring happen, and is it required?

Sparring is rotated into Boxing on Tuesday/Thursday and BJJ on Tuesday/Saturday. Muay Thai sparring is run inside Fighters Class. Sparring is never compulsory — drill-only is fine on any session.

How do I become a sponsored fighter at Rage?
