BJJ at Rage
Morning 11:30 and evening 18:00 sessions, full open mat area, all levels welcome. Black belt-led classes with weekly drilling cycles, position-of-the-week, and sparring rotations.
What classes look like
- Warm-up + drilling cycles.
- Position of the week (guard retention, side control, mount escapes, leg locks rotated).
- Open sparring rotations Tuesdays and Saturdays.
- Beginner-only Sundays available for new members.

BJJ pairs naturally with our Hybrid Fitness sessions for conditioning and Muay Thai for stand-up cross-training.
